Sticky note and pencil
4 dice
Each player rolls 2 dice. Make a number. Add the numbers together. The person who says the sum first gets a point. Keep track of the points on the sticky note.
Zap!
3+ players
2 dice
Cards (no A, K, or Joker) Jack = 11 and Queen = 12
Each player is dealt 7 cards. The remainder of the deck is placed face down. The first player rolls the dice and adds them together. If the player has that number in their hand, they may place the card (or cards) down. If they do not have that number, they say ZAP. It’s a race for the other players to place their card(s) down. Any player can put down their card, but the player that puts their card(s) down first gets to keep them down and the remaining players must take back their cards. The roller always draws one card after their turn. Play continues until one player has no cards left in their hand and is the winner.
Subtraction Snap
2 players
Cards (ace = 1) - 9
Players divide the cards evenly between themselves. At the same time, each player turns over one card. Players must subtract the smaller number from the larger number of the two cards. The first player who says the correct answer out loud collects both cards. Play continues until one player has collected all the cards.
